I DARE HAVING A WOMEN SNAP ME!

It's a wrestling night that will live in infamy. A PPV that was talked about a lot when it aired, and even more so in the proceeding 20+ years. A show that no one will ever forget. The night Too Much put a bottle of Head and Shoulders so they could screw Al Snow out of his WWF job.

Oh, and that Hell in a Cell match between Mankind and Undertaker.

And Kane will set himself on fire if he doesn't beat Steve Austin for the WWF Championship!

PLUS, Dan Severn.

Wasn't that the Weight Gain 4000 episode? #Beefcake

THE SHEAF! Love that place. Loads of great cellar-bars around London Bridge

The second fall through the cell wasn't planned. Foley has explained, only recently, that what was supposed to happen was that he would be chokeslammed which would snap the far end and then he would sortve roll and put his feet through the hole, hold the cage and sortve tumble through it and land feet first in the ring and then collapse. That was the vision in his head. But when his weight snapped the far edge, the whole thing just snapped with it and he went through.

It definitely was, especially because the poster said "FEED ME!" but the actual line was "BEEFCAKE!" Products back then always got something wrong in a really consistent way.

Glad someone else loves that Jerry Lawler call "That's it, he's dead" as much as I do.

This is an interesting period of the Monday Night Wars. Currently listening to old Bryan & Vinny shows before I became a subscriber & about two months later there was a Hell in a Cell match on a random RAW, wasn’t advertised prior week between Mankind Vs Kane & it ended in a DQ when Steve Austin came out underneath the ring & attacked Kane. Mankind in the weeks & months becomes such an afterthought after he almost killed himself & never took time off after the PPV. Brawl for All starts the Monday after this PPV & of course wasn’t advertised in the prior week

This is the very first wrestling show I ever saw. Watched it in a hotel room in vegas when I was 8. Didn't know what PPV was and I was left alone, so I was just buying all the PPVs and channel surfing. Then I saw Mankind coming down the ramp. Been a wrestling mark ever since.

This would have been my first ppv, I'd started watching raw about 3 weeks before. Sadly / Luckily I had no idea it was 'free' on sky sports. My dad taped ppv's for me soon after.
