Well, this one was a long time coming. Luke and Oli review WWE Summerslam 2010, the night where Nexus died. And it was their first night. There's other stuff on the card, but know really cares?! Let's talk about Nexus getting their legs cut out from underneath them!

If you re listen to the Jericho/Edge podcast they are talking about Cena's decision to no sell the DDT on concrete NOT that he was unwilling to lose, that was Vince, but that they disagreed with him over how he should win. The reason people think the story is "Cena refused to lose" is because they ALSO speak in the same breath about arguing Nexus should win, but those are two separate thoughts. Cena has come out and explained himself that he didn't choose the outcome but he did choose how the outcome played out and that he was wrong to take so much and pop back up for the win and ultimately puts the blame on his own back for that in that it's because he no sold that DDT that people so passionately hate the finish and thinks he could've found a way for Nexus to lose in a way that was still satisfying.

Next month's should be from whatever your wrestling dark period is after hearing Luke say he thinks there was an Edge/Vickie romance which is insane considering how much that dominated TV for years

What you guys were unaware of or have forgotten is that 2010 was when Linda ran for a seat on the US Senate. THAT'S very likely why Bryan was fired for choking someone three years removed from Benoit. What you may recall was that Vince's return after the Nexus beatdown was a a few months later Vince doing a skit where he wakes up from a coma and the punchline is he has a LINDA 2010 sticker on his ass before cutting to HHH and Stephanie waking up in bed like it was a nightmare.

it's always weird to hear the Bryan Alvarez quote about how the Miz isn't a top guy because "he looks like I could beat him in a fight" as if it's a valid criticism, how is it any different from someone going Kofi, Ziggler, Bryan, Cole ect cant be top starts because they're smaller than other wrestlers?
