 Hello PledgeHammers!

It's time to cast your vote for what you want to hear Oli & Luke review this month for WrestleTalk Extra! And it's coming up to WrestleMania season, so you know there's a lot of WrestleManias suggested. But in fairness there's a ton of TNA Destination X's this time around too!

Previous March episodes have included  WrestleMania XX and WrestleMania XXV!

Read through all the options and cast your vote below! And remember, we're all fans and every suggestion is valid. Happy polling!

*Patreon is a great platform that never messes up anything. I did have the poll in the previous post, but for whatever reason, it didn't publish. Luke has had this problem before. So don't blame me for it!*

WWF WrestleMania X (suggested by Marcus Campbell)

It's the famous Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon opening Ladder match that all future WrestleMania openers were compared to, as well as Bret Hart vying for the WWF Championship against Yokozuna in the main event in a rematch from WrestleMania IX.

WWF WrestleMania 13 (suggested by Lendell Brenson)

It's the double turn that shocked the world, as a valiant Stone Cold refused to give up against Bret Hart while drowning in a pool of his own blood. Plus it's Undertaker vs Psycho Sid in the main event, which some people have called "boring".

WWF WrestleMania XIV (suggested by KET)

The most successful crossover with mainstream sports celebrities ever, WrestleMania XIV saw Mike Tyson as special guest enforcer in the WWF Championship match between Shawn Michaels and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Elsewhere on the card it's Kane vs Undertaker with Paul Bearer in Kane's corner.

ECW Living Dangerously 1999 (suggested by Chris Merryman)

Taz faced Sabu in the main event of this show to unify the ECW and FTW Heavyweight Championships, and the usual ECW names can be found elsewhere on the card such as RVD, The Dudley Boyz, Tommy Dreamer, Balls Mahoney, and more!

WWF WrestleMania XV (suggested by Chuck Turner)

The main event of this show saw Stone Cold Steve Austin take on The Rock for the WWF Championship with Mankind as a special guest referee, featuring Mr. McMahon shenanigans too. Also The Undertaker faced Big Boss Man in a Hell in a Cell match, with an...interesting finish.

WCW Greed (2001) (suggested by Flame Inc. Live)

The final PPV that WCW ever did before they closed their doors, taking place on March 18, 2001. The main event saw Scott Steiner take on DDP for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship in a Falls Count Anywhere match. There's some other recognisable names on the card too, including Dustin & Dusty Rhodes teaming up, Booker T, Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett, Shane Helms, Chavo Guerrero and more.

WWF WrestleMania X8 (suggested by Justin Edelheit)

Hulk Hogan vs The Rock. Is there anything else that needs to be said about this show? In what was possibly one of the most electric crowds in the history of professional wrestling, this felt like one of the biggest matches, ever. Which, it kind of was. Also there's Undertaker vs Ric Flair, Triple H vs Chris Jericho, Edge vs Booker T, Kurt Angle vs Kane, and lots more.

TNA Destination X 2007 (suggested by Tyler Bailey)

Rhino faced AJ Styles in an Elevation X match on this card, with Chris Sabin facing Jerry Lynn for the X-Division Championship in a 2-out-of-3 falls match. Sting faced Abyss, and Christian Cage faced Samoa Joe in the main event for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.

TNA Destination X 2008 (suggested by Brian Moore)

The following year, Christian and Samoa Joe were on the same team along with Kevin Nash of all people, to face the team of AJ Styles, Kurt Angle and Tomko. Rhino faced James Storm in an Elevation X match, and Jay Lethal faced Petey Williams for the X-Division Championship.

WWE WrestleMania XXIV (suggested by Zandermania)

"I'm sorry. I love you." In one of the most heartfelt matches of all time, Shawn Michaels faced Ric Flair in a match that resulted in Ric Flair retiring from professional wrestling. You know, until he returned really soon after. With loads of other marquee matches as well, such as Undertaker vs Edge, Floyd Mayweather vs Big Show, Randy Orton vs John Cena vs Triple H, this is a pretty stacked card.

TNA Destination X 2009 (suggested by Tyler Wright)

2009's version of Destination X saw Sting vs Kurt Angle in the main event, with Jeff Jarrett as the special guest referee and Mick Foley as the special guest enforcer. 2009 TNA, I guess. There was also an Ultimate X match between Suicide, Consequences Creed, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin and Jay Lethal, AJ Styles vs Booker T, and Team 3D vs Beer Money.

TNA Destination X 2010 (suggested by Adonis)

The Motor City Machine Guns faced Generation Me in an Ultimate X match on this show, with Kurt Angle vs Mr. Anderson, and AJ Styles vs Abyss in the main event for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

WWE WrestleMania XXVI (suggested by DAN)

Triple H faced Sheamus, Chris Jericho faced Edge, John Cena faced Batista, but the match everyone knows from this show is The Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels in a Streak vs Career match, hailed as one of the best WrestleMania matches of all time.

Ring of Honor 10th Anniversary Show: Young Wolves Rising (suggested by Joe Gianella)

Back in 2012, just as NXT had started to find its feet with its re-branding, Ring of Honor held their 10th anniversary show featuring some top future NXT stars. Adam Cole & Eddie Edwards vs Kyle O'Reilly & Davey Richards main evented this show, with Kevin Steen, Jimmy Jacobs, The Briscoes, The Young Bucks, Tommaso Ciampa, Jay Lethal, Roderick Strong and many others fill out this stacked card.

WWE WrestleMania 31 (suggested by Sarmad Ali & Mike Perry)

The heist of the century. Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar main evented this show, with Seth Rollins vs Randy Orton, an insane Intercontinental Championship Ladder match featuring the return of Daniel Bryan, and of course, Triple H vs Sting, and John Cena vs Rusev in a tank. Also Undertaker vs Bray Wyatt.

WWE Roadblock 2016 (suggested by Dalton Sizemore)

Not to be confused with Roadblock: End of the Line, Roadblock 2016 was the PPV before WrestleMania 32, with Dean Ambrose facing Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Also The Revival faced Enzo & Cass for the NXT Tag Team Championships on the main roster, a match that garnered a lot of fan support for The Revival.

Flame Inc. Live

i swear there is no love for WCW :(

Scott Agrella

I was hoping for WCW Greed, knowing it’s highly unlikely. However, looks like we’ll finally get to hear them review Bret v. Vince, Luke has made it quite clear how much he loves that match on older reviews 🤣.

Andy Burgess

*sighs* A recent Let-down-amania again....

Andy Burgess

I think Kent Brockman said it best..'I've said it once and I'll say it again, democracy doesn't work!'

As one of the names in the race this month, I hereby announce my withdrawal. I’m endorsing Wrestlemania 31, an am asking all of my fellow Patrons to consolidate behind it as well. We must defeat the evil Wrestlemania 26! 😂

wrestletalk

LUKE: You say it's "recent", but it was TEN YEARS AGO. Which I almost refuse to believe.

Tim Arendt

I was originally thinking of 24 but when I saw that it was Dan that wanted 26 my mind was made up.

Andy Burgess

Yeah Luke, we're old...so I'd rather enjoy my childhood nostalgia 🤣 See you at Wrestletalk Live

Dan has won once before I’m pretty sure cause I remember Oli always referred to him as the bridesmaid and never the bride cause he never use to win until he finally did, can’t remember what PPV it was tho

Jesse Anderson

All you young whippersnappers are trying to vote Mania 24 or 26 because they were your first Manias. That's why I'm trying to vote for Mania 15! Come on, Austin vs Rock part 1, the HHH turn on DX, a crazy triple threat hardcore match. This is peak attitude era shenanigans!

Chris Merryman

One day I will get my ECW show, never had a chance this month. Mania 26 seems like a fun show

Justin McLuckie

Wrestlemania X would be a blast. That ladder match, looks tame by comparison to the ones we saw in the attitude era, but it set the foundation and the bar for all ladder matches that came after it. Plus Bret Hart is amazing.

Flame Inc. Live

They were on the upswing there at the end. Slowly making a comeback but it was AOL/TimeWarner that pulled the plug

Andrew Baylis

Wasn't watching in 2010 but went back and watched it recently. If it wasn't for Michaels v Taker it would be down there with 9 or 27 for worst Mania ever.

Joe McGuire

Dang I wanted X8 since I was actually there
