Dropbox error 400 (Patreon)

Patreon is being a dum-dum and is changing the urls after I sent it, creating a Error 400 on Dropbox.

If you remove the "amp;" from the link, it should work fine. Not a perfect solution by any means, but it should do while I try to find a more permanent fix.

The worst part is: I can't remove the amp; myself. When I send the message there is no "amp;" it is generated after the message is sent for some reason.
