As you play WBTV, Willy's mental and emotional state will change with the situation, and the player is informed of this through a portrait on the HUD. Here's a handful of them we have so far!

If things go smoothly we are hoping to have a demo prepared and ready by late Jan or early Feb! It will likely feature a small part of the first path we'll be working on, which should do a good job of indicating the game mechanics and how choices and skill checks are made.
