Heya all! Got quite a big update for you today, with two chapter updates at once!

First of all, a second chapter of the Fairy Tail story I posted up a while ago, this time featuring Laxus and Mirajane. Tried to ensure this pairing was different from Natsu and Lucy by giving Mirajane a more dominant streak. You all know me by now, I'm the kind of guy who likes a woman who'll kick my ass.

Goddamn. Let me tell you, I made this way harder on myself than I needed to. But it's good to do so. See, I've been working pretty much exclusively on commission work for the past 6 months. I haven't had to set up a prompt or story for myself in a very long time. So when it came time to create a story for myself, even a light-hearted and breezy one like this, I just ended up second guessing and hesitating and restarting, like, three times until I managed to get a story out.

You might not be able to tell from my rambling but this is all very good for me. I need to practice writing my own stories again because I still have the ambition to write my own novel or novel equivalent at some point, and I won't just be able to write THAT based on a commission prompt. Gotta get back into being able to write for myself.

Speaking of which, I will be posting up the new polls pretty soon for the next monthly story. It's October so I guess I should try and find some SPOOPY entries to put in. Plenty of Halloween themed girls to choose from. At the very least I can just put Morrigan on there so if you don't care one way or another you can just pick the sexy succubus!
