Patreon Problems (Patreon)

Okay. Don't really know where to start because this is a mess and it's horribly annoying and completely unexpected. Before I even made the limited 20 reward of "guaranteed replies to 5 people" I was under the impression the tier would reset every month giving more people the chance to claim the spot for themselves for the new month (I even went out of my way to contact Patreon about it to make sure and I guess we both weren't on the same page because I was given wrong information and was notified of that the second time I contacted them). Unfortunately the tiers don't reset so I'm going to have to find out about another reward for the 20 people. 

My patreon was set up in Sept and everyone was alerted that at the time it was a tip jar until Oct. That is still the case. A lot of the content for October is already done! Hooray! Even the personal asks. But after October charges, there will no longer be a $20 guaranteed personal reply reward tier. I really hate to do this not only because it was something fun but it does hurt me money wise too.

I don't expect ya'll to continue pledging $20 (and please don't feel guilty or obligated to do so) but I appreciate the ones who do. I'll see about a better reward as soon as I can think of one and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Just so people don't get confused, I am still doing sheep replies every month! What I mean by this mess is that I won't be doing the PERSONAL replies that were limited to 5 people a month ontop of the randomly selected asks. There will still be replies and stuff.
