Shiny Tires? Here is a Fix (Patreon)

If you are seeing my tires as shiny in game, it is due to the lighting quality in beam being set to ultra, I am not sure why my tires are effected by it but simply turning your lighting quality down to high instead of ultra will fix the issue for now until i can find out why its happening
