New Policy Regarding Gold And Platinum Tiers (Patreon)

Going into effect on June 1st I will need my patrons in the Gold and Platinum Tiers to send me their reward pic ideas by the 16th of the month. If I have not gotten a response from those patrons by that date they will not be getting a reward pic for that month. There will be no refunds should they not send me their idea in time.

I've had a few patrons in the higher tiers sending me their reward pic ideas quite late into the month which results in me not getting their pics done by the end of the month. Since I have 8 reward pics I need to complete each month along with the weekly theme pic (and commissions on top of that) I cannot let my work fall back later and later. I do my best to get art completed in a timely manner but in order to do that I need to have the ideas my higher tier patrons sent to me early in the month. That gives me plenty of time to get all those pics done in the month.

I do understand that not everyone can send me their idea on the 1st of every month, not even in the first week of the month, but I believe 15 days is plenty of time for folks to have an idea ready. I will remind my Gold and Platinum patrons of this deadline at the top of each month, and this policy doesn't go into effect until June. So if a Gold/Platinum patron hasn't sent me their idea yet for this month they still have time to do so.

This isn't the tone I use for my posts here but there have been some problems with getting responses from patrons in a timely manner recently and I believe this is the best way to handle it. If any of my Gold/Platinum patrons need to talk with me about this they are more than welcome to ask me any questions or voice concerns.
