I used to think the claim that "s1 was slow" is bullshit cuz I dont remember it being slow at all but rewatching it now, I can see that at least in comparison to every other season it definitely is the slowest. Which i don't think is bad for an introductory season since new viewers need time for all the info to sink in before getting butchered with piles of new info in other seasons lol.
