Did you ever figure out how to sleep on your back? I use to sleep on my side but now I sleep on my back. I can't remember how I did it

This episode was so hard to watch like I cried watching that part, as it broke my heart to see sang tae have that out burst and gang tae basically having like a panic attack. And you are right from this Episode on it does get much more interesting, not gonna give anything away but yh these next episode are something to look forward too. 😊

the last scene brings so many emotions, i can't even explain, I feel bad for san-tae but angry as well. like I don't know how to react. this show clearly shows how we amplify bad memories, even with gang-tae, the way he remembered his mother, the same way sang-tae remembered that incident. because he heard the words 'i want my brother to die' and the incident happened right after, he remembers it as his brother pushing him and running away to kill him. he doesn't remember that he fell in himself and that gang-tae pulled him out. also, the person who actually ran away was he himself, sang-tae. our traumas, memories, our brain, is truly fragile.

so true, crazy how we store negative things way faster than positive things. it should be the other way round! We need to start treating and remembering positive emotions and memories more than the negative one. I know it is easier said than done. but it's possible.
