Kinda funny to think about. I bet to AI, privacy (in regards to nudity) is one of those weird organic things that are so annoying and actively get in the way of their work, and yet they have to respect it or they risk losing their jobs in a heartbeat. Made even worse by the fact that AI were created by bug ferrets, notoriously nudist sophonts who don’t give a damn about privacy. I bet there was a solid few decades of irritation when Avians turned up and demanded that all the resident AI’s running the wormhole stations turn off their camera feeds to their rooms. “This is so stupid! Its not like I haven’t seen genitals before, and what if you have some kind of medical incident and I don’t notice because the camera is switched off?!” -ship AI “Don’t care, I’m taping up every camera in my room HAL.” -disgruntled avian
