WIP: Talita Spacesuit and Fall Harness (Patreon)

Badly needed to update Talita's spacesuit ref, the old one was from before I figured out how I wanted to draw centaurs. I still need to fiddle with the details and figure out the connection point for the liquid cooling system between the two body pieces but this is the gist of it. The nose of the helmet can be swapped out for a longer one when she has antlers.

The fall harness has two attachment points with two industrial grade retractable-cable fall arrestors because she's 750 kilos and works mostly around human equipment, which is not always well designed to handle workers the size of a draft horse. I was also concerned about whiplash on the upper torso from a fall, which is why there is a Y shaped attachment there, to keep the upper body from snapping forward.  Her spine is a lot longer and more flexible than a human's, trying to figure out suspension without limiting her flexibility is tricky. It is designed to keep her safe(r) while working on lifts and scaffolding, suspension in this would not be very comfortable but it's better than falling to death.
