This one is the spiritual twin of this scribble comic. Talita handles getting a crush with significantly less dignity than Shyam, and nobody has told Shyam that Talita emotes pretty much exactly like a human. They remain oblivious to each other's feelings for. A while.

Is Talita generally imprinted on humans, as in she would not find centaurs attractive as partners because she was raised by people?

Sort of? Every romantic partner she's had and crush she's gotten has been a human, but she also spends so much more time around humans and doesn't really have a cultural entryway for dating centaurs. The clan system and its associated customs and marriages are not very similar to human dating. It's hard to know where nature, nurture, and happenstance begin and end.
