Fearsome Wyrm (Patreon)

I was thinking about the wyrms of gnomeworld (I've only drawn doodles of them so far), who are like big river otters with tiny skink limbs. They fill a sort of, sea serpent/river monster role, and though they are fairly social they aren't sapient like gnomes and dragons. They don't make a habit of hunting gnomes like some dragons do, but they will pick off an unlucky few every year in addition to a diet of aquatic critters and birds.

The individual drawn is a very old and battle-scarred female wyrm who lives in a seacave across from a swimmer gnome colony. The gnome sailors tell of her battling blue dragons and sinking ships.
