Self indulgent doodles with CTC characters and nail polish...
Conner is probably the only protag detail-oriented and artistic enough to get into nail art, but also he'd mostly just use black like the little goth man he is. Thaddeus already does his nails, but usually just clear with matte topcoat. Caine would be down for bright blue sparkly nails but also he does NOT have great hand-eye coordination or patience.....
