Played around with it and it appears to synch at 0:30 and 1:00 with the Unrated version (runtime, 01:37-ish) and NOT the "extended" version (much longer).

The blooper you were confused about was taken directly from "Smokey and the Bandit", a movie that famously had outtakes in its credits back when that kind of thing was mostly unheard of.
