Surprised theres so few comments. just checked this out. I love this movie. It really hit me with all the things you noticed as well. And more. And the name sake...Gravity..of everything in this movie. Had its own to it. This movie is definitely a vibe for me. Didnt see it in the theater. Glad I was home alone when watching. Had some greenery goin, and it just took me. Had a few serious choked up moments. When that tear went floating by ... just..EVERYTHING had meaning. Causes you to focus on those things in your own life. Nothing is trivial..or too small. Loved your reaction. All the aspects of this film blew me away too. The camera work and the how and they why.. Crazy. If you ever did any BTS stuff of this and recorded it, Id love to see it. Anyways, thnx James. HNY and all that. Keep up the great work you do here, and elsewhere. Cuz Im sure you do and have put good things out in the world. Peace

Matt

Alfonso Cuaron is one of my favorite directors ever, another one of his fims that I'd recommend is ROMA 2018

2023-01-14 04:55:34 Excellent reaction as always! Remember when it first came out my jaw was on the floor throughout the whole movie, immediately went back to watch it again. Think I saw it around 5/ 6 times when it was in theaters. If there is ever a chance to watch this in a theater, I highly recommend. Cant go wrong with the combo of Alfonso Cuarón (Director) & Emanuel Lubezki (Cinematography), who also did Children of Men & The Revenant by the way. Another film from the duo is "Y Tu Mama Tambien (2001)"
