Lmfao, man the fans of Lord of the Rings sure are relentless. Hahaha so many couldn’t fathom my reasonings for the theatrical cuts as if I can’t just watch the extendeds later in life haha. Happy you digging it Kaitlin!

As one of those nerds, I can tell you they can shut up. 😂 Listen, the Extended Editions are wonderful and a gift and the special features are literally film school in a box, but the theatrical versions are just as good! I did a marathon of them two years ago after the election and straight Bawled. They’re beautiful movies. We are so blessed to have them.

Your reaction to The Third Man for the first time was appropriate and what I expected. The entire cast was a who's who of character actors. I strongly urge you to consider the star, Joseph Cotton, in Shadow Of A Doubt (Alfred Hitchcock film), and The Abominable Dr. Phibes.
