The next four episodes the cinematography is amazing. The first two episodes set up what the series is about, and then they have fun and camera work very stylized from there.

Also, the woman at the end of the 2nd episode is Echo. Marvel announced that Echo is getting her own series as well. Also, the character in the comic is deaf and Native American. The actress playing Echo, Alaqua Cox (first acting role), is also deaf and Native American. She also is an amputee (has a prosthetic leg) and they wrote that into this story as well. She is amazing in this series. Can’t wait for her show.

I liked episode 1’s intro credits as a montage of Kate’s early life. And not that I have had the chance to read it… but the style (ie opening credits), vibe & inspiration for the show is based on Hawkeye’s comic by Matt Fraction. Kate is kind of the quintessential young adult: thinks they know it all, fake it till you make it, can’t keep their cool. More on that later! Clint may not have super powers, but he’s been the big brother/father figure to so many… Natasha, his daughter, Wanda…

In defense of Kate, she definitely knows Clint is inspirational. Girl picked up a bow & arrow after he saved her from a mile away… BUT she just doesn’t know how to keep her cool & wishes people knew how special he is. Luckily you do, James haha. :) Also if you go back to the musical number, there’s a moment where Captain America’s shield covers up Hawkeye in the show. It’s sad and a little funny.

Exactly. Even though people respect Clint because he’s an Avenger, he’s literally overshadowed by everybody else. He had like 2 lines in the musical. Even Ant-Man got more shine then him and he wasn’t even there! Lol also on top of that, Clint himself doesn’t think he deserves any fame or attention because he blames himself for Natasha’s death. So she wasn’t chastising him, she just wanted everybody else (including himself subtextually) to like him as much as she does.
