Thank you for choosing CMBYN as your Thursday pick

Paul Boden

If you haven't seen 'Legend' already mate, I'd love to see it in an upcoming poll. Tom Hardy is excellent in it

It's finally happened! Hero is a visual feast, you will love it.

Dustin Bruce

Yay, no more Ocean's movies!

I'll recommend the Japanese film Still Walking by Hirokazu Kore-eda from 2008. Maybe the best film about Family I ever saw.

BIRDMAN or The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance 2014

No Country for Old Men is a great film I feel you’d love

Raphael Lyons

The last ocean film will greatly disappoint you after watching the trilogy I suggest you watch it without thinking it's an ocean movie

Mitchy D

Dammit! I thought The Lobster had enough votes 😢

Erika Fleming

Cmbyn is so boring to me lol... Maybe I'm just not "cultured". The only upside is how hot Timothy and Armie are

Brittyn Lindsey

I loved it. Beautifully shot, and feels like I’m just a fly on the wall watching real life. Curious if you liked Portrait of a Lady on Fire? That one is similar in tone, and James loved it too.

Randall Keizer

James are there any movies that you have reviewed that definitely will inspire your own filmmaking as far as camera work (blocking, ratios, etcl) or storytelling?

Brittyn Lindsey

James, make sure you watch the credits at the end of Call Me By Your Name. It’s important to pay attention during them (it’s not just standard credits).

Hero will be a treat to watch James reaction to. And a shout out to the Call Me By Your Name fans, you got it! Now you can put your vote to The Handmaiden :-)

Spotlight or The Piano

If you like Wes Anderson, please review 'Rushmore'. My favorite of his. And Bill Murray is so great.
