Out of Sight (1998) romance and drama served up in in equal, chunky portions and wrapped in a tasty pastry of crime. Also like to recommend The New World (2005) for a stylish historical romance.

For a really great coming of age film "Kings of Summer" is one of my favourites and the cast is incredible. It's such a great script and you'll recognise so many actors. I'd also think "Creep" and "Creep 2" if you enjoy the first would be a fun ride and it'll be interesting to see what you see in the filmmaking and the things you notice about the 2 characters. I don't know about anyone else, but even if you've seen them I'd love a rewatch of the John Wick films and your expertise on how the filmmaking/stunts/sets/camerawork/long-action takes develop through to the 4th.
