Getting right into the mix with Season 3 of Mr. Robot! I'm so hyped and excited to dive back into this world. The atmosphere, the music, characters, and themes are so damn entertaining to think over and watch unfold. Let's get right into it!

With the Trump thing, the show starts in 2015 when S1 aired and takes place mostly then (the 5/9 hack being May 9th 2015) and early 2016. But S3 aired in 2017 during that administration, so it was just a smart way of adding some more relevant political commentary which has always been a large aspect of the show as a whole.

I think the show just isn't as popular as it deserves to be because it's a "thinking persons show" in order to truly enjoy it you have to stay focused and really emerse yourself and keep thinking after the credits roll, most people just want something easy to watch and turn their brain off and chill when they watch a show or film, those of us who are patient get rewarded with art like this because we don't watch the show we experience it

Another incredible show that I would rank on such a high level is STATION ELEVEN its a miniseries but I would put it among my favorites of all time Mr Robot, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Fargo, The Bear, Twin Peaks

Totally agree. It's a bit deeper than most. Plus, it was on FX which was in decline; add to that the cord cutting and shift to streaming. Good shows didn't get noticed.
