In the final vote round, The top 5 characters from each  preliminary vote rounds with a large number of votes were left.

（本戦(決勝)ラウンドでは、各予選ラウンドで票数が多かった上位5位までのキャラクターが残ります！）

and this time, the top 5 characters, excluding the following 5 characters who were inducted into the Hall of Fame in the last edition (Vol.2), will be the wildcards!
