Additional voting rights for $1,$5,$10 course patrons.

（The Fan art Vote Event will enable participation from $１ course over）

• $1 course patron could vote up to 1 votes at one event
• $5 course patron could vote up to 2 votes at one event
• $10 course patron could vote up to 3 votes at one event

The method will be informed
