Pumpkin Belly follow up WIP (Patreon)

And now I'm doin a lil follow up. Supposedly she had the baby and now she's returned to the pumpkin patch but the pumpkins are bewitched and are wanting to make some babies of their own this time

Also yes i know the alignment of the sketches is off currently, there's a reason for it, just stay tuned trust me lol
