🎨Drawing Sif was both fun and challenging!  I mean, ALL. That. Hair.  I had a lot of fun figuring out how it would be flowing around her and kind of determining the composition.  It was also super fun to drop in some glittering sparkles ON her hair.  Usually I save those kinds of distinct sparkles for metal objects but since her hair is supposed to be made of gold, I thought it was appropriate!

Since Sif is a goddess of the harvest and her golden hair is associated with wheat, I decided to give her a spear with a spearhead that somewhat resembles a wheat pattern.  I can't recall any myths specifically mentioning Sif fighting BUT I figure that she is a member of the Asier, and so she probably can and does do battle when she needs to.  I guess in the final battle of Ragnarok basically all of the gods fight.  Thus, it felt appropriate to give her some sort of weapon.🎨💪
