🎬 Hello hello!  Here is the time-lapse speedpaint🖌️ with music for : Valkyrie Freyja

I had so much fun playing with the style and textures of this one! 🎨 Before applying any shading, I started adding a little bit of hatching to see how far the hatching texture alone could take it. Usually, in my digital work, I add texture after shading is already complete, but I think I enjoyed this process of reversing that order. 🖌️

As usual with NSFW pieces, in the video, I start with drawing and painting her without clothes, and then, once the piece is close to complete, I paint and draw her armor near the end of the process! 🔥

Maybe it is the influence of summer ☀️, but I have been drawn to these warm yellowish color schemes lately, which is a little odd for me. I feel like normally I tend to rely more on blues and purples, but there's something that just feels right about warm colors at the moment. Do you find that the season tends to affect what color palettes you guys use in your art (if you make visual art yourself)? 🎨

Anyhoo!  this week I am starting work on the next tutorial, which is going to be about designing armor outfits! 🛡️ It feels like another big topic, but I'm excited to jump into all the pieces of this tutorial and explore the intricacies of armor design. 🎨💪
