Artemis//{NSFW warning on some images} Rewards Here (Patreon)

Goddess of the Hunt, Wild Animals, and the moon.  She is one of the most respected of all the anctient Greek deities.  She was the daughter of Zeus and Leto and the twin sister of Apollo.  

Artemis is definitely a favorite of mine.  Even though she is an Olympian, she is actually pretty reclusive.  Much prefering to be in the woods with the animals and her nymphs then to mingle with other gods and mortals.  She is also very badass, and like most of the gods, very vengeful.  

In one myth I listened to while working on this piece, a hunter stumbled upon her as she was bathing in a forest river with her nymph friends, and she got PISSED that he saw her in nood.  So what does a goddess do when she's upset?  She cursed, him of course!  

When he uttered even a single word, he would be transformed into a deer.  So what's the first thing he does?  He calls out to his fellow hunting party and is immediately transformed into a deer.  

Anyhoo, I hope you guys like her!  She is often depicted with her hunting dog and I decided part way through that I needed to add her doggo.  haha  Her doggo is a very happy pup.
