Happy New Year (Important announcements) (Patreon)

Happy New Year!  I hope 2018 brings you much success and happiness!  I have lots of goals and ambitions for 2018 that I'll get into a little later.  First an order of business:

I messed up on Art Pack 11 AGAIN!  Gah!!  

So I MUST apologize again for confusion and delay on this art pack.  I scheduled that art pack 11 post but it looks like the actual "paid" check box must not have been checked, because it is not appearing as a paid post in my dashboard.  SO, that means that pledges didn't go through for it, again. 

 I am SO SORRY!  It is totally my fault again.  This doesn't really affect patrons who have been around for a while, because you already got your rewards ahead of time, but for those who are new, it means a delay in receiving art pack 11. 

 I'll go ahead and post another Art Pack 11 Post and MAKE SURE it is a paid post so that pledges will go through for it at the end of the month and you can actually get your rewards come the end of January.  Again, I am SO SO SORRY!  Its so embarrassing that I messed up on this again, but I am doing my best to make it right.  

Thinking of Switching to a Monthly System

The pay per art pack system has worked really well for us for a long time, but because of this confusion on my part and my recent ramping up in ability to create more art, I am thinking of switching back to the monthly system in February.  You will still all get a bunch of art per month in the form of an art pack, but I just won't have to worry about posting the paid post on time and checking easily missed boxes.  haha.  How does that sound to you?

Upcoming Stuff!

Now that the business stuff and my apologies are out of the way for Art Pack 11 confusion, lets talk about upcoming fun stuff!

I have lots of 2018 goals, and some of them are already in motion so I wanted to share some with you!

• I have been working on putting together a little art/sketch book that I can eventually print and sell online as well as at conventions.  And of course, whenever it is finished, it will also be sent out to Patrons who are pledged to receive the print packs.  So my goal is to finish that art book early this year!
• I want to complete at least 3 more pieces in my "animal spirit series" (e.g. Goddess of the Wolf and Moon, Goddess of the Fox and Summer)
• Try working with more traditional media, like water color, guache, markers, etc. 
• Travel Further to more conventions.  This is another one that is already in motion!  I'm excited that I'll be attending C2E2 in Chicago, and I just found out that I was accepted to Denver Comic Con!  Woo!
• Write a script for my comic.  (Some of you may remember the comic I talked about quite a while ago with my blue haired water nymph character.  I'd love to work on making that comic more of a reality, and having the support of Patreon is the main way to do that.  Love you guys!)
• Stream regularly on Twitch and make Affiliate and eventually Partner Status.  This is a very new goal for me, but I have found streaming on twitch to be so much fun, and having you guys watch me stream actually really helps my art and helps me stay focused for long periods of time!  So if I could grow my channel to be more self sustaining by being a Twitch Affiliate and eventually a Parnter, that would be just amazing.

Phew!  Lots of stuff, but I think its doable!
