I am sorry for changing so many things at once. Normally I would split it into fewer smaller updates, but this time that wasn't possible. All nudity related content in the mod has been completely reworked and built on a new foundation and as a new foundation for the future improvements towards it. All sex related content is next for a complete refreshing, but I will try to do it in parts and avoid a longer gap in updates.

• Nudity Skills
  • Split Exhibitionism skill into Naturism and Exhibitionism skills
  • Reworked skill progression for the new skills
  • Reworked nudity permissions for the new skills

The "big" change of this update is a new skill - Naturism. Instead of every Sim starting as an Exhibitionist, they have to start as a Naturist. After gaining few levels, Sims can convert their Naturism skill into Exhibitionism skill if they want to and unlock few more options, but lose on benefits that the Naturism skill was giving them. 

• Naturism Skill
  • Nude Sims will gain a +2 Happiness moodlet
  • Nude Sims will lose 16% less hygiene for each skill level
  • Sims gain more skill progress around family and friends
  • Sims require less skill to undress around family and friends
  • Child Sims will gain influence from seeing nude family members and will gain progress faster when they grow up
• Exhibitionism Skill
  • Requires the Exhibitionist Reward Trait for 500 Satisfaction Points
  • Nude Sims will gain a +1 Happiness moodlet
  • Sims require less skill to undress in general
  • Flashing and Streaking interactions
  • Sims will have increased chance to pick open spaces for autonomy sex

These are the main differences between Naturism and Exhibitionism.
If you don't care for anything on the Exhibitionism side then you can stay a Naturist.
When converting to an Exhibitionist you will only lose the better nudity moodlet and less hygiene loss benefit.

• Nudity Commands
  • Command 'ww.set_nudity_skill <level 1-5>' will set current nudity skill level of the active Sim [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.set_global_nudity_skill <level 1-5>' will set nudity skill level of all the Sims in the game [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.convert_to_exhibitionism' will convert the active Sim to exhibitionism [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.global_convert_to_exhibitionism' will convert all of the Sims in the game to exhibitionism [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.remove_exhibitionist_trait' will revert Sim back to naturism [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.remove_global_exhibitionist_trait' will revert all of the Sims in the game back to naturism [Cheat]
  • Command 'ww.global_revert_outfits' will dress up all of the Sims in the game [Utility]
  • Command 'ww.fix_nude_outfit' will attempt to fix all of the Sims in the game bathing outfit [Utility]
  • Command 'ww.simulate_nudity_story_progression' will simulate one day of nudity skill story progression [Cheat]

Almost all nudity commands have been changed to work with the new changes.
Because all the progress with exhibitionism skill will be lost, using the 'ww.simulate_nudity_story_progression' should help you a little. Each time you run this command, every Sim in the game will gain between 1-7% of their nudity skill.

• Reactions
  • Added positive reaction to nudity
  • Made Sims reaction to nudity and cum fallback to thought bubbles when triggering often
  • Made Sims not react to underwear outfit as if it's nudity
  • Made Sims require standing closer to react to cum on face/body
  • Fixed reactions to nudity and cum triggering too often
  • Fixed reactions to nudity and cum not triggering in some occasions
  • Fixed reactions to sex interaction not triggering sometimes

Sims that are close in terms of relationship will not react with shock all the time and some Sims, in general, will be happy rather than shocked to see nudity
Reactions to nudity and cum will now happen more often as thought bubbles to avoid interrupting activities with constant reaction interactions. 

• Made native nude (bathing) outfit not be blocked by nudity permissions

Previously Sim native nudity outfit used for base interactions (like showers) would count towards actual nudity in the mod, creating some conflicts. Avoiding them was problematic and wasn't always working. Now, this outfit is always allowed if triggered by the game, Sims won't try to dress up from lack of nudity permissions and the outfit itself counts as "revealing" to avoid abusing it for skill progression. Reactions are still properly triggered as if the Sim is nude.
Any of your additional mods making Sims nude during sleep or woohoo should work without any problems.

• Made dressing up notification only display for player Sims
• Made nudity notifications include reasons for not undressing/dressing up

Dressing up notifications will only display for player Sims and only if they dress up from lack of nudity permissions. This lowers the amount of spam with notifications and because dress up notification now includes the reason for dressing up, it makes the most sense to display it only in that situation.

• Made underwear interactions only available when outfit is at the underwear level

Something that bothered me for a long time is how many interactions are there. In some situations, when you try to undress a Sim, you can get as much as 8 different options. Now, undressing underwear requires to first undress the outfit to the level of underwear. I haven't found a reason to undress underwear before the outfit (it doesn't contribute to the skill anymore), but if there is some reason, let me know.

• Made the 'Change Sim Underwear' interaction available on Sims

You can now change underwear of every Sim in the game just like that, no need to switch to their household. I made that interaction require to pass the interactions queue, so if you click it accidentally, you can cancel it. I should have made a question dialog box asking if you want to do it, but if this solution won't cause any trouble, I will leave it like that for a while.
Changing strapon will get that change eventually too.

• Added simple icons to each undressing interaction
• Made the 'Change Sim Underwear' icon different

Tiny improvements to icons were made all over the place. There is a new custom made naturism icon, improved whims and moodlets icons, and few new icons to make it quick and easy to recognize some interactions. I would like to have a new exhibitionism icon that would represent it better, but I don't know yet what that could even be.

• Settings
  • Reworked Nudity Settings (previously Exhibitionism Settings)
  • Moved 'Auto Undress Shoes with Bottom' setting from Sex to Nudity Settings
  • Moved 'Auto Undress Socks with Shoes' setting from Sex to Nudity Settings
  • Moved 'Auto Undress Leggings with Bottom' setting from Sex to Nudity Settings
  • Added 'Cum Reaction Switch' to Sex Setting

With this, the whole setting menu has been reworked and only the options listed above would need your assistance to set them the way you prefer again.

• Made Sims randomly lose parts of swimwear outfit when jumping to water
• Disabled 'Swimsuit Malfunction' event when jumping to water

Just a small improvement to the world of Sims. The default 'Swimsuit Malfunction' functionality from jumping into the pool has been disabled and replaced with a proper malfunction that will actually affect Sims outfit. There has to be more of these.

• Added special animation for flashing boobs (made by Mike24)

With reworking everything, flashing interactions required their own animations and Mike is on it. Creating animations can take a while so only the flashing boobs animation is implemented in this release, but hopefully, the next one will cover every flashing interaction.

• Made each sex autonomy failed attempt increase the chance for the next time

What is this? A sex related change? In this update? Yes! Each time an attempt to run sex autonomy fails, the chance grows, grows up to 100%. If you're seriously unlucky, this should help you in a long-run.

• Fixed outfit changing interactions not being synchronized with the animation
• Fixed Sims seeing through walls Sims that are admiring their body with a wall mirror

Two very long existing issues are now gone! Sims will now properly finish everything they are doing before changing the outfit and using mirrors on walls should not cause Sims behind them react to naked Sims privacy.

• Made closing settings resume time if it was running
• Made STBL strings support in-game Sims names and genders parameters

Anybody who tried translating this mod knows that it's a nightmare for proper gender nouns outside English. All text that refers to Sims now supports the in-game params for names and genders.

• Fixed issues with zone loading when an error occurs
• Fixed Sims outfit inconsistency on zone loading

Sims changing outfit when moving to a different zone or loading the game should now be alright and stay in their proper outfit.

• Removed yf_top override

If you ever had any issues using top female body overrides, you shouldn't have them anymore. The most recent release of The Sims 4 fixed a problem that was previously forcibly fixed by the mod.

• Renamed 'TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Exhibitionism.package' file to 'TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Nudity.package'

The exhibitionism package was completely reworked and renamed to a new package. If you're using the windows installer, the old package should be removed automatically.

For everybody else:

Remove the 'TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Exhibitionism.package' file!

I know this will cause trouble for some, but that's life.
