does anyone know why my sims always wears a hospital gown now when in labour? i turned off the setting turn off hospital gown during natrual birth but not sure why my sim puts it on as soon as she gets her dialation checked :(

I just uninstalled and reinstalled because I can't seem to find the items in the build mode... when I search them, they come up like they're there, but they're not. :(

You didn’t delete your old version or downloaded better build and buy without turning on cc in buy mode

Been playing heaps with this mod!!! I love it so much! Although I think tuning the miscarriages could be useful? like my sim was having twins and lost both of them, maybe something you could add is for them to be able to save one of them. Also another thought is having pre-mature babies! Anyways I know these are really hard to make and update too but I LOVE this mod so thank you!!!!!
