Found some issues with the original version of this.

• Updated modesc version
• Updated capacity
• Updated fill speed to be slower
• Updated the overall weight
• Made the fuel tank re sellable 
• Made the fuel tank re fillable
• Made the fuel tank enterable in order to refill it at the gas station (Cannot tab from it to other vehicles)
• Made the fuel tank able to refill diesel and gas vehicles
• Fixed the fuel tank from disappearing after all fuel is used
• Fixed some coding issues
• Fixed the center of gravity
• Fixed some texture path issues in the i3d

• Full working collisions
• Strapable
• Option for VP decal
• Color configurations
• New Custom store category
• No log errors
• No texture errors
• Once you use all the fuel / diesel in it, it will disappear so no need to sell it. If desired I can make it where it's refillable instead
