FS19 Only

As I promised here's V2 of the 1500. Here's a list of stuff I've fixed on it since the last release! 

-Wheel Radius's

-Properly named wheel and tire combo's

-Fixed all the errors with the truck

-Cleaned up the i3d tremendously by getting rid of random transforms and unused fillers

-Cleaned up and simplified the xml

-Got rid of unnecessary scripting in the xml

-Fixed node path issues in the xml

-Rescripted all the options

-Fixed the tension belt issue (so working tension belts now)

-Took the tailgate off mouse controls and changed it to open with the key "x"

-Added a node in the bed for attachable fuel tanks

-Made the truck strapable so it doesn't move around on trailers

I appreciate the continued support! Let me know if there are any issues that are found that I didn't state.
