He didn't mention anything new, the king already knew about it since the "test" :v I won't spoil what he is thinking about but certainly not about suddenly throwing his daughter at a stranger, even if they seemed a good person in the initial introduction and possibly strong.

Ast it's like your standard harem protagonist constantly thinking with his dick whenever not being as paragon of Justice thankfully he's more complicated than that the benefits of such a relationship are there, but in later chapters its clear he realizes there will be a lot a changes in his life if he makes a pass at the king's daughter that's refreshing now if a relationship grows over time that's a hole other deal I'm against quickly and randomly adding girls to the mix but if the story is right I'm all about it
