It took almost two weeks of back and forth with Amazon, but the book is finally up! 

If anyone has been looking forward to it, you can now grab a copy! It should be available on most local Amazon sites, not just US one.

And again, thank you everyone for the enormous support! I would have never imagined ever reaching the point of not just publishing an eBook but even a print version, yet here we are. I can't wait to get my hands on it! A whole week of waiting before the package reaches me!
