Sorry that it took a couple of weeks to get this done, I've been really depressed and stuff lately.

It's pretty much a basic status screen, with sub-menus containing things like the player's inventory. Stats are always visible, since there's so few available to the player to see... Considering it's a goal of mine to keep the game as mechanically simple as possible for the player.

This extends to the player's Journal, which is automatically updated throughout the game. The "Notes" section contains notes which elaborate on markings that the player makes on the map. So, say if you find a locked door, it'll automatically be marked on the map, along with a note accompanying it. Figure that's better than having the player get lost, since it's ultimately still a porn game.

The Files tab is for lore and story items which the player encounters, similar to something out of Silent Hill or Resident Evil.

I'm going to take a short break for maybe a week or so to do some art, as well as going through all of my notes for the game to make sure I haven't forgotten to implement anything. With everything done so far, the skeleton of the game is finished - all the tools are now in place to start building the full game with. I should be able to start implementing real, more finalized content soon.

...Though, I'd better write out all of the planned story beats and areas first, instead of keeping them as loose concepts.
