Baelohr wants to wash his dirty (messy) bed linen and John wants to put all clothes together into the washing machine.
Let's hope he uses a proper detergent with a different fragrance than Oni Love "Juice" ;3
Although the cute print showing Chibi Baelohr would justify buying that product.

This is the penultimate page of Knights in Japan (chapter one). I can already smell the fragrance of completition and a humble cliffhanger on the last page.
