The return of "rarely drawn" CC?! (Patreon)

In the past I created special Commission Chances, where only rarely drawn characters were allowed. It was meant to offer fair conditions and balance.
Do you wish for a return of the "rarely drawn" CC?

Idea:
Regular CC and rarely drawn CC could alternate each month.
Example: September - rarely drawn - October - regular - November - rarely drawn...
Or each third month could be a rarely drawn.
We could figure out the rhytmn in another poll once the results for this one are clear.
