Testing (Buying?) new software (Patreon)

I am going to try out Clip Studio Paint. There is a free demo (and I bet it won't allow saving files) and there is also a sale going on.
According to the website the program offers several features. My main interests are Comics and Manga and animation. I am also curious about a feature that is supposed to transform photos into painted backgrounds.
In general I hope to find a software to improve my workflow. I currently use Paint Tool SAI for sketches and linearts and Photoshop for colouring. It would be nice to do all steps in the same program. My old Photoshop version lacks a "stabilizer" which I activated in SAI, because of having a tremor. A stabilizer supports the drawing process by observing the pen movements and smoothens the lines. It's like an artificial intelligence, that compensates the unvoluntary shaking of my hands.
If you have ever tried drawing in Photoshop and the lines looked bad - believe me - even without a tremor lines tend to look unclean without a stabilizer. A computer is very sensitive while translating commands from a real hand/pen or mouse into a drawing program.
Well enough chatter. If you know other recommendable drawing software for comics or animation I would appreciate your suggestion in the comments.
Thanks for reading.
