If you are not familiar with Max world here is a short summary.
Earth has become a wasteland without oceans and rivers. People try to survive in giant deserts between the relics of former civilizations. The "new" world can also cause mutations of the human body.
Criminals and mad ones are everywhere. They travel the plains with their cars or lurk in their fortresses.
Max world is a challenge even for people with survivor skills and water is rare. So no daily shower. ^^,
