Hello again and welcome back! It’s time for another seating at our favourite restaurant in all the beWilderverse, Noemi’s Little Toscana! Yes indeed, we’re serving up more gorgeous girls and grub! We’re returning to both sides of Easy Street for this seating, as Noe has to deal with the quirky upstairs neighbour with the magic hands, and the womanizing snake across the road who has a snake for her womanhood. Yes, Asana and Sal are both up for a plate of goodness! Grab the games below and lets start the tug-o-war for Noemi’s attentions one more time!

“This release, dubbed “Strangest of Bedfellows” marks the fourteenth full game release in the NTR branch of the beWilderverse. It’s the second focused character release for Asana, continuing our third track in the game, our third arc in deep development. At the same time, it is also partly aimed at early Sal arc development, making it a mixed focus release. Noe’s feelings for Asana only seem to grow, but despite her wanting to explore some more, there are roadblocks along the way she didn’t expect, mostly coming from Asana herself. Some serious choices are in store, that’s for sure. Meanwhile, some of Sal’s schemes are coming to fruition, and it’ll be on Noemi’s shoulders to decide if bending the knee to him once in a while will be worth the good graces he offers, or if he’s too much of a scoundrel to trust. Noemi’s Toscana Rebirth v0.14 – Strangest of Bedfellows

Our newest update adds a new boost of 15 full days as Noemi, enough to beat back her troubles some more. This version adds a triple play to the Asana arc, bring her to 9 scenes and adding some consequence to Noe’s attempts at pursuing the woman upstairs. At the same time, we’ve added a double header of Sal arc scenes to prime his early game as we offer more than just woman’s love for the version. It’ll be up to the player to see just how open Noe’s mind is for Asana, and her heart is if Sal to lay a stake!

- By artist request, as of the last version we have reduced image compression on our CGs for a better, cleaner, crisper image experience. This is why the file size has jumped by a wide margin (x2) in recent releases. That’s the trade off, and we will be listening to player feedback on this going forward, whether the quality jump is worth it, but for now we’re keeping it as so.

- 4 New Waitressing Outcomes, 1 each for Noemi, Kriem, Frankie and Kelsey. The first of the mid-level traps are added to the game now as Alice and Beth get involved in stirring up trouble directly in the day-to-day gameplay. These traps are more damaging than the low-level customer ones, and are automatically added to the pool as Little Toscana’s Rep rises to the middle percentile ranges.

⦁ Added 15 new days to the playable game time for True Mode (now up until the start of Day 225 / Month 8 Day 16 - Tuesday)

- Features

⦁Continuation of the Asana arc, it’s second development update as our main focus, bringing the third majorly developed character arc to 9 scenes total now.

⦁ Pick up and continuation of the Sal arc, getting in some early scene development to prime later releases and include more of our menacing villain’s presence in the game, now having 4 scenes to his personal arc.

⦁ Added the first slate of Mid-level traps to the Restaurant Manager section, bringing a new layer of tactics to the gameplay section. Now it’ll be on player to balance out the risk and reward of a higher Little Toscana rep, because as you drive up those stars for Noe’s shop, Alice and Beth will try bat them back down with more damaging traps in the mix while you do.


- Community Feedback

⦁ We’ve taken yet another pass on the Sal traps for this version, this time on the pitfall side. Now the low-level traps (the customers-based ones) all do slightly lower damage to Noe and the girls stress levels, as well as less to Little Toscana’s rep. That way, Alice and Beth’s attacks can do more damage, while still being in a manageable range for the player to handle. Of course, the player can still avoid them altogether too by playing Reactively when suspecting traps.

⦁ Asana’s 6th scene is now slightly easier to unlock, as some players found it a little tricky to reach the necessary Debt Levels in line with the similar progression of the Damon/Beck arcs. Now it should be easier for player playing from the beginning to reach Asana’s scenes and progress as naturally as it is with the other Downtime character arcs. Thanks to a few people for highlighting this!

⦁ A UI bug was discovered and fixed on the Restaurant Summary screen after each day. The labels for debt was just a tad to narrow, meaning for some triple digit numbers with wide numerals (eg. 485 etc) would have the last one sliced off, making it look like the girl has earned only 10%ish of what she really earned that day. These labels have been widened, and the correct values should show up every time now.

⦁ Some forgotten conditions on early scenes were left off the Progress Tracker hint section controls, for example the need to have met Asana at least once at her Yoga Studio before Sal’s 2nd scene (the community meeting) would play. These conditions have been added and accounted for, allowing for the proper hints in all cases for each of the early game scenes.


- Known Issues

⦁ There is an issue with Mac OS's Catalina which is not addressable by us on the developer side, but can be worked around on the user's end. "Problem is specifically with the guardian system that won't let un-noterized applications run on Catalina. The solution is to chmod -R 777 "/appdirectory/" from the terminal as the application did not have the executable flag set. (Example: chmod -R 777 ~/Desktop/AoH_017_Mac). After this guardian catches it and control clicking on the app lets it be opened." Repeat: Then you've got to CONTROL+Click (not double click like normal). That should allow the app package to run, if not, please tell us!

⦁ We’ve altered the way in which Repeat scenes are found and loaded in the Downtime section, as we eliminated a bug that allowed the game to skip over the next outcome in the activity chain if you already met the conditions for later ones. This means now players will see them in order as they should, however it may also mean that occasionally you will see the current repeatable 1 extra time more than needed if you increase the corresponding stats via scenes. It is a minor nuisance, but one we will look to correct in the future. For now, you may see a handful of repeatable 2-3 times instead of 1-2, rather than skip any.
