Hey hey, welcome back beWildernauts! Our first ever head to head match is in the history books now and we’re here lay bare the results. Our 8 remaining girls are now down to 7, but who’s going forward and who’s going home? Well the answer is…

Nat: "Give it a good lick, so you don't go away just tasting defeat"

Our Kriem eats it big, and Nat walks right into the Semis… not the first semi she’s ever been a part of either…

Yes, the match is finalized and Nat is our winner. She took 24 votes to Kriem’s 9, making her the clear favourite and the one to move on. This was also our highest total votes cast in not only the bWW! so far but in all of Season 1 too, so a definitive result it was. However, before you read into only the numbers, there is a little more to it than that. 

Based on the Preliminary Rounds and both our girls’ performances in them, Nat slightly underperformed in this matchup while Kriem did marginally better than expected. Up against our longest running lady, Kriem managed to peel off nearly a full double digits of fans, making it so both sides can claim a victory here today, although Nat’s is clearly bigger!

And so Kriem’s run comes to an end. We can enjoy that last look of her and her humiliation for a little while longer as we tip toe closer to the next match… and it’s going to be a freakin’ doozey too! The last thing to keep an eye on are those 9 votes put up by Kriem as she is cast down to the 5-8 place spots… where will she end up? Only the future votes will tell, and the benchmark to beat for the remaining girls is Kriem’s 9!

Note: Nat’s votes don’t really matter here beyond the fun of keeping track, as the actual Head to Head matchups will decide places 1-4, lose by a single vote and your out! That goes for all the remaining girls too!

Now then, with the Vanquished settled, let’s turn our eyes towards the Victor! Here’s a look at our updated brackets and Nat’s future in the contest before we look forward to tomorrow’s match!

With her first head-to-head win under her belt, Nat has earned her way to the semi-finals, and a spot in two more matchups. At the very least she’ll be competing for our #3 place, but she’ll no doubt be aiming for higher. She’s now one step closer to that Grand Prize Mini-VN, and she’s already earned herself a new casuals boost to her wardrobe (expect that come the end of the tournament!). She’s but two more steps from that top podium spot, but can either Kelsey or Mystique take her down on their way? We’ll find out who gets that chance tomorrow as their fateful duel takes to the stage!
