Rewards are sent after your payment is processed by patreon on the first week of every month so terms 13 and 14 will be sent by june 1 to 8.

So I am a little confused on the payment system. We pay twice a month but only receive one term a month. Wouldnt it make more sense to have monthly donations instead of bi-weekly?

you pay once a month actually, and at the end of the month you get TWO terms if you start your pledge during the first term of the month. (if you start pledging during the second term you get only that one term's rewards)

I would really love to have this term (13), but I'm a little confused on if I'll get this one or not if I pledge $10? Or do I need to pledge $20 in order to get term 13?

Keep an eye on it, there's always someone leaving the $20 pledge, there's an option for patreon to warn you when a spot opens.

Hello Amber, thank you for taking interest. sadly Term 13 already passed but you can pledge $20 for Term 14 to receive a past Term of your choice. :)

Question.. I have already pledged on term 13 last week but I want to cap my monthly payment to 10$. Will I still be able to get term 13 and skip 14? Is it based on the date on which I pledged?

Hello Deiv, Yes you are correct it is based on the date that you pledged, and you can limit the amount by setting your max monthly pledge to $10. :D

Hi sakimi chan , I pledged it at the early may but it seems that din't deduct anything then will i still get term 13? FYI i pledge $10 and i am not sure how does patreon work

You need to wait til 1st week of June to get it because it's the payment cycle of Patreon. I also pledged 10$ early May and I'm also waiting for it. :)

^^^The messages won't be sent until everyone's payments are processed. So even though yours have already been processed doesn't mean they have all been. She said it could take until June 8th. So just try to be patient and they'll be sent out as soon as they can be! :)

Hi Sakimi Chan, I am currently pledging $10 per 2 weeks but I am only being charged $10 a month and receiving every other term. I have been pledging for a month and I have received terms 11 and 13 but due to the way I am being charged 12 was skipped. I thought that I would automatically be charged every two weeks or $20 a month. Would it have anything to do with the monthly cap option? If so, I didn't think that I would need to change it.

I was really confused at this too when I started. When you create your pledge it asks you what the maximum amount you want to be charged. It's misleading because it means for the whole month. Even though you say you want to pay 10$ for two weeks you have to make sure your maximum is at 20$. Sakimichan works biweekly for her terms but payments are monthly. Hope that helps!

Hello, this is my first time using Patreon and I don't know how it works - they kept telling me they couldn't take payment, then when I finally managed to get them to take it from PayPal they I was sent an email with this link. But I have no idea how to download everything?? Help!
