Well, SailorSun.org is post High school age. Remember, Bay had been a girl for about 5 years prior to the start of SailorSun.org. Pre-SailorSun.org Comics (which is about Bay Shortly after being turned into a girl and still working in Sailor Scout Fan Fics) is about 16 at that time.
