Married actresses going by their maiden names is common enough, but yes it is odd to combine "Mrs" with the maiden name.

You know, I had actually thought about that yesterday, maybe she uses her maiden name for the safety and anonymity of her family. Maybe a lot of people don't know who her husband and daughter Diana are, only that she's married and maybe that she had a baby. After all, Brady doesn't even know that her mom is Vixen.
