Completed manual retopology in Blender 2.83 using the plugin retopoflow to get my model down to 40,000 polygons! (Which took an entire week) It still needs some minor adjustments.

Next big steps before this model is complete:

  • Add mouth interior, eyebrows and eyelashes
  • Add hair using curve tools
  • Add armature and weight painting
  • Rig testing in VR with full body
  • Shape Keys for animated features
  • Texturing and it's variants
  • Clothing items
