The characters will be in outfits, contexts and situations related to this holiday, or at the very least, in a party/celebration setting (in case Mardi Gras can't be a thing where they're from).

Since I haven't reintroduced sequences yet, Nominations that are off theme will be subject to a -5 vote handicap when being counted!
