It all started as a little pause in between sets. He left the gym through the side door and enjoyed a little protein shake away from all the grunting and sweating inside. A small portion became a big, became two, and so on.

Today, he's pausing his workout after every set to make his body swell. He's grown addicted to the thick taste on his tongue. On average, he's drinking over 16 shakes with more to come.
