These two episodes reminded me of the story that I loved about the legend of Aang in some way I feel like it ended that way too, I love a good back story and the show delivered on in the episode "Skeletons in the closet" I wouldn't of seen that coming!! I do need to know though guys was it me or did the ending feel a tad bit rushed ? I enjoyed it but I feel like there could of been more?

yes, the ending was rushed because the creators didn't have much of a choice. nickelodeon only gave them 12 episodes to cram the whole story in. legend of korra actually only got approved for one season by nickelodeon before they changed their mind after the end of the first season. a little heads up before you start the next season, season 2 is generally seen as the worst season by far. but season 3 and 4 are fantastic!

Book 2 isn’t all that great but for a few episodes but book 3 and 4 are well go worth it. Can’t wait for you to start book 2.

Korra was thinking about commiting suicide by jumping of the cliff (the falling tear symbolizes that, the writers confirmed). She thought it just would be better to give the avatar title a new person, because she thinks, she has failed at being the avatar. That's why she was on her lowest point.
